Do I have to use my inbound calls in any specific time period?

Not at all. Relax and take as much time as you need. We know, that number of incoming calls that LiveCall will help you generate, depends on a traffic of your website. If it's small, you'll just need to wait a little bit longer. That is why we don't charge any monthly fee for using our software.

Will LiveCall work with my web browser?

LiveCall works perfectly on Chrome, Mozilla and Opera, that is (depending on country) approximately 70% of online traffic. It's also compatible with Android smartphones and tablets. Unfortunately, we won't be able to engage IE (yeah, there are still people who use that), Safari and Edge browser users. These visitors basically won't be displayed our widget.

Do I have to pay VAT?

Price is VAT exclusive. VAT will be added for EU customers who have not provided a valid VAT EU number and for all customers registered in the Republic of Poland.

What happens, if I don't answer an online call?

We realize that are some situations, when answering a sales call would be tactless or embarrassing. If you don't answer a LiveCall or just hang up, we ask this customer kindly to leave his phone number, so you could call him back as soon as possible. When he adds his number, it goes straight to your email.

Can I use LiveCall in several domains?

Yes, you can manage multiple domains from your account if you are on Basic or Business Plan. Please feel free to contact us for details.

Do you provide training?

Yes, we do provide onboarding and responsive support. If you would like to arrange an individual training sessions contact us. We'll be happy to do that.
